BRABUS BUSINESS CONSULTANTResponsibilities- To promote and sell existing car models and to increase market share- To promote sales and marketing activities in achieving sales objectives and targets set;- Manage the delivery process of vehicles to clients- Increase sales and customer retention and development accordingly- Attend to phone and walk in enquiries - Enhance customer satisfaction via customer relationship skills; - Develop or build new/existing network by inviting prospects for a preview and presentation of the desired product(s), - To support sales and marketing programs developed; - Organize, plan and proper scheduling of monthly activities. - To do cold calling and prospecting;
Requirement- Candidate must possess at least an SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Basic language proficiency in Bahasa, English is a must. Other languages will be an added advantage. - Preferably with sales experience in automotive industry and other high-value products services and services are welcome. Airlines & hoteliers experiences are also welcomed. - Dynamic, charismatic, aggressive and customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Well groomed and able to interact with all level of people. - Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar. - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities- Attend and respond to customer complaints and inquiries via telephone, e-mail or walk-ins, in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. - To arrange, coordinate and monitor luxury car showroom. - Manage, update and maintain the customer database of the company's loyalty program. - To plan and execute Customer Relations activities in order to encourage good customer relation practice - Maintain high degree responsibility of customer confidentiality. - To continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with our customers and strive towards Customer Satisfaction - To collaborate with Marketing Department in planning and organizing events and other marketing program. - Provide basic clerical and administrative support for Marketing Department. - Maintain and daily update of customer database in the Customer Relation Management System.
Requirement- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline. - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably 1 year in the customer service industry. - Pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette. - Possess well-developed PR skills, self-motivation and reliability in completing assigned task. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia . - Self-motivated and possess good organisational skills - Computer literacy is essential, especially in Microsoft Office - Able to work in a team environment. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia , English
